What file-type should my logo be?
We use fully vectorized files such as Adobe Illustrator- or a PDF-file.
The Oasus has a printable area of 35mm by 35mm and can be printed on both front and back sides. The dimensions of your design in a vector-file can deviate from these measurements if the total file size does not exceed 10MB. When it does exceed 10MB we recommend using WeTransfer to share your file.
Which printing/pressing method do we use?
When it comes to printing designs onto our bottles, we use a screen-printing method. Screen printing uses multiple templates through which safe inks are pressed onto the surface of the bottle. Multiple colours are layered until the desired design is realized. Bottles customized with screen printing are dishwasher proof.
When and why should we use a white sub print?
The colour of the bottle can change the outcome of the printing colours. We use high quality UV-inks that are somewhat transparent. We can counteract colour change by using a white sub print on a dark water bottle. By doing this we assure that the colours have the desired brightness.
Materials and production
What material is the Oasus made of?
The Oasus water bottle is entirely made from biobased HDPE. By using this biobased resource, we significantly reduce our emissions compared to standard, more traditional materials. Because of the fact that the Oasus is entirely made from one resource, we can call it a mono material product. This becomes especially important at the end of its lifecycle, as we do not have to separate different parts, making it easier to recycle.
Where are the water bottles produced?
Oasus water bottles are produced in Dronten. Our bottles are transported to Hasselt (Belgium) for printing. Our administration and production happen on-site, making us an in-house company.

There is no exchange of harmful or unhealthy substances between bottle and contents. We at Eurobottle operate and produce within the jurisdiction of European law. Our products are intensely tested.
